After completing my 5th year in Sales leadership at some of the top SDR organizations in the SF Bay Area, coaching over 100 SDRs, and talking with hundreds of sales leaders over the years with similar problems, I thought it made sense to take what I learned and help others. For starters, there is more of a need for a successful top-of-funnel sales motion but efficiency, scale, team alignment, and an effective repeatable process are incredibly important. When done correctly setting up a good sales process can be the difference between crushing your sales targets and hiring additional sellers or having to let folks go.
